Robert Siglock, VP Underwriting, Automobile
Club of Southern California
Robert Siglock is an insurance professional with 30 years of experience
in the industry. He has recently been instrumental in establishing insurance
programs for the Interinsurance Exchange of the Auto Club in Arizona, New
Mexico and Texas. Mr. Siglock has worked?hard to develop a number of programs
which have been beneficial for both consumers and the company, such as:

A new business automobile and in-force
automobile premium integrity program assuring accuracy in new business rate
plans

A Homeowner insurance program and a Personal
Umbrella Policy program for the Exchange

A Property insurance catastrophe underwriting
program, and Personal lines insurance programs in AZ, NM and TX
Mr. Siglock received his Bachelor's degree from Loyola University, LA; he is
certified in General Insurance by the Insurance Education Association, holds a
CPCU, and a Continuing Professional Designation from the Society of CPCU.

Dr. Donald Crane, Professor,
Department of Finance, CSUF
Dr. Don Crane is a Professor of Finance and the Program
Director for the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards registered
curriculum at CSUF. He has authored numerous articles on finance and financial
planning and is a nationally recognized authority and speaker in the area of
personal financial management. Dr. Crane has been a member of the
CSUF
real estate faculty since 1976. Dr. Crane is also actively involved in the
financial business as chairman of the CSUF Foundation Investment Committee and
the University's Continuing Learning Experience (CLE) Program and is supportive
in many of the student organizations on campus. Dr. Crane graduated from the
University of Southern California with a doctorate in Business Administration
with an emphasis in Finance.
Dr.
Anil K. Puri, Dean of
College of Business and Economics, CSUF
Dr. Puri has served as the keynote presenter at the Economic Forecast
Conference for the past seven years. He is both the Director of the Institute
for Economic and Environmental Studies at Cal State Fullerton and the Dean of
the University's College of Business and Economics. Dr. Puri is also the
Executive Vice President of the Western Economic Association International, the
second largest professional association of economists in the U.S., and is a
panel member of the National Association of Business Economists' Survey of
Economic Conditions. As a result of his expertise in the field of economics and
"on-target" forecasting, Dr. Puri is consistently quoted by the local and
national news media. Dr. Puri earned his Ph.D. in Economics from the University
of Minnesota

Dr. Weili Lu joined
the CSUF faculty in 1996, and became Director of the Center for Insurance
Studies in 1998. She received her
B.A. in Economics and M.A. in International Business from
Nankai
University
in
China
. She
received her M.S. and Ph.D. in Finance and Insurance from the
University
of
Illinois
at Urbana-Champaign, where she was the first woman from Mainland
China
to receive a Ph.D. in Insurance.
Dr. Lu teaches major insurance courses in the CBE Finance program.
Her research interests include insurance, pension, and employee
benefits. Her industry experience
includes serving as a financial planning consultant and as manager of large
insurance and pension consulting projects.
Dr. Lu has extensive contacts with members of the insurance/financial services
industry and government officials both in
China
and the
United States
. She has raised significant funds for the Center for
Insurance Studies and developed Actuary program, Insurance and Financial
Services program and Insurance Marketing Entrepreneur Program.

Tim Rooney is the VP, Strategic Initiatives, AIG SunAmerica. He has 14
years of experience in the financial services industry.?His previous experience
includes President and Managing Director of Rooney Consulting Group and Account
Executive and Investment Advisor for Sherwood Capital Inc. He also held various
management positions for The Equitable Life Assurance Company in New York. He
attained his Bachelors degree in Finance from Baruch College in 1987 and his
Masters degree in Finance and International Business from New York University
in 1994.
