Mike
Trueblood, Director
Appointed
to Director of the Family Business Council at Cal State Fullerton's
College of Business and Economics in 1999, Mike has extensive
professional experience in the marketing and advertising
of consumer products. A Cal
State Fullerton instructor of advertising, he previously
taught at UCLA, Loyola Marymount and USC.
Mike graduated from the University of Iowa with a Masters
in marketing. He
started his career in Chicago with the Leo Burnett advertising agency, was
a marketing manager at Hunt Wesson Foods. Mike also has his own company, TruMARKETING,
specializing in multicultural marketing programs, mostly in the food industry.
Mike and his wife Phyllis live in La Canada. They have four children and twelve
grandchildren. Mike's interest include tennis and golf. He is also active on
the Board of Catholic Big Brothers.
