Abstract: The annotated data sources are arranged by category. Exhibit 1 follows that of Thrall
(2001), with several additional categories added in subsequent issues of the Journal of Real Estate Literature. Included with each annotation is contact information for the public or private data vendor (address, URL), descriptive information, and name and contact information of the person submitting the data annotation. The data annotations presented in Exhibit 2 are additions or updates to those provided in Exhibit 2 of Thrall (2001). All members of the American Real Estate Society, as well as real estate technology and data vendors, are encouraged to contribute annotations via email to the editor for the Real Estate Information Technology section of the Journal of Real Estate
Literature, or to any REITech board member.
