 Dr.
John Erickson is a Professor of Finance. He
is currently the Chairman of the Department of Finance and has held this
position since 1998. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of
California at Berkeley and his M.A. and Ph. D. in Economics from the University
of California at Davis.
He has been teaching at CSUF since 1979 and has published in a
variety of academic journals including The Journal of Finance, The
Journal of Real Estate and Economics, and The Journal of Real Estate
Research. He has recently co-authored a book entitled "Real Estate
Investment Trusts: Structure Performance and Investment Opportunities"
(Oxford University Press, 2002).
